Granny Gobama

I am an 85 year old grandmother of three and mother of three. I am one of the original "hockey moms". I attended a private girls school on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio and I was enrolled at Smith College during WWII.

My husband and I raised our children in Cleveland, retired for a while in the mountains of Virginia and I have now settled on the West Coast.

Having been politically active for most of my life, I find myself reinvigorated this election season. I truly feel no matter how old you are, you must continue to exercise your brain. Whether or not my words and thoughts resonate with anyone - I can take pride in knowing I challenged myself to learn a new medium and successfully met that goal. I'm Granny Gobama and this is my blog!
